The Roslyn Tramway, 1881 Dunedin, New Zealand (no illus.) This road has been operating about two years, under the patents granted to Hallidie in the colony of New Zealand. It is a single track, 3,500 feet long, with turnouts. With an absence of level crossings, stops have to be made on the grades.
