Being a firefighter requires top physical ability and a regular program of exercise keeps them fit. Here Captain Mish and some of his men return from jogging. They carry pagers that alert them to return to the station if a call comes in.
The station has a fully equipped exercise room and two of the men are working out. The jogger's speed blurs the camera image.
The exercise equipment was not provided by Orange County. The firefighters bought them with their own funds.
